To build, manage and grow Client relationships and add value to the Client proposition offering

  • Maintains and develops strategically important relationships with key accounts 
  • Is able to create milestones for account progression
  • Nurtures and builds a contact base of senior level decision makers across their Clients and market
  • Leverages relationships to identify wider business opportunities for other departments
  • Proactively cross sells at all times
  • Assists Sales function in delivering strategic Sales goals 

To deliver superior service every time to both Clients and Candidates 

  • Meets all company standards on systems and processes to ensure superior service levels are delivered to all customers 
  • Consistently updates team on latest developments and updates within their Client base and market 
  • Can discuss regulatory issues with confidence
  • Is seen as a ‘trusted advisor’ in their market 
  • Manages both Client and Candidate expectations 
  • Ensures regular and timely client reviews are conducted 
  • Facilitates Client Call Backs to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities   

To fulfil Client briefs in a timely and cost effective manner 

  • Monitors their own performance and adheres to SLA for each client 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of each account ratios and delivery 
  • Agrees and produces a SLA for all jobs including timeframes and KSF’s

To contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating commercial ‘recruitment solutions’ for major business wins

  • Through high level networking, constantly seeks and identifies new and commercial business opportunities 
  • Proactively maps and networks with C Suite contacts to develop strategically important relationships
  • Is instrumental in the creation of the Client Development Strategy 
  • Meets and monitors their own monthly new business activities 
  • Delivers against the overall Client Development Strategy 
  • Initiates new and innovative client development vehicles 
  • Works closely with marketing to identify new client engagement strategies based upon client and market demands
  • Identifies and attends all relevant industry events + networking opportunities 
  • Keeps abreast of industry updates and is `known` as a Market Expert in their field 
  • Is a member of relevant industry Associations / networking groups 
  • Initiates and leads new client pitches and major account opportunities 
  • Markets Rockstar 321s to senior level contacts 
  • Market evangelist - with support of marketing, actively blogs and creates industry engaging content regularly 
  • Runs an industry `group` on Linkedin
  • In conjunction with marketing, creates webinars and strategy sessions to generate new business
  • Highly proactive in all areas of social media to create awareness and new business opportunities 

To identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all commercial opportunities across major key accounts

  • Takes a lead role for high profile accounts 
  • Proactively networks and upsells within existing clients 
  • Leads review meetings were required with existing major accounts
  • Networks with C Suite contacts across the industry to develop new contacts in existing clients 
  • Keeps abreast of industry challenges to ensure innovative recruitment solutions are being presented to clients
