In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) according to standards such as ISO 27001 or other regulatory frameworks.
- Advising clients on building and operating Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems.
- Conducting risk analyses and Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify vulnerabilities and improve resilience.
- Supporting and preparing internal and external audits related to security standards and compliance.
- Working directly with client teams to integrate security processes into everyday operations.
- Participating in multi-project consulting environments, managing several client engagements simultaneously.
This role can be remote in Baden-Württemberg with travel to client site within the area.
Essential:
- Relevant degree e.g., Information Security, IT, Computer Science etc.
- 2 to 3 years experience working in Information Security, especially in implementing ISMS frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 or TISAX.
- Analytical thinking and structured working style, with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Relevant certifications e.g. ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM etc.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain security issues clearly to technical teams and stakeholders in both German and English – minimum C1 level German
