burhan’s story
Hi, I’m Burhan. I founded Zync back in 2015 when we were known as Westpoint. My passion is always driving for a better result, and that’s what this business is all about. I’m constantly thinking of fresh, innovative ideas to take cyber recruitment to the next level. I love people, and love to see those that I work with thrive and succeed.
Outside of work, I spend time working on classic cars and travelling with my wife and 2 children.
I’m also heavily involved in charities, youth mentoring and I am a director in the Business Improvement District in Stockport.
Holly
Head of Quality and Compliance
I started my career here in 2018 and quickly progressed moving through each department of the business, learning all facets of recruitment and business operations. My day-to-day consists of ensuring we stay compliant and maintain high standards throughout the business whilst making sure our people are tooled up and trained to give you the best service possible.
I am constantly learning something new, more than I have anywhere else and I absolutely love the autonomy, as well as the people and the vibes.
Outside of work, I love going out and eating! I am very friend and family-focused and am also a mum to a little boy and 3 dogs.
Charlie
Talent Lab Manager
Hey, I’m Charlie. My main aim is to be a helpful, friendly, and empathetic face in the Talent Lab here at Zync. Feel free to contact me to discuss your criteria for a new role, but also your likes/dislikes and concerns within the industry; I am interested in having conversations about anything Cyber Security. I strive to get my candidates a role that not only matches their criteria, but in a company that makes them happy on a personal level – not everyone enjoys the same working environment.
I also love Food and Drink! Whether it’s a bowl of ramen or a Munich Lager, I always seem to be out and about trying new restaurants and pubs. Another one of my favorite hobbies is walking my two dogs, Trevor and Phil – both of whom appreciate coming along to try a burger or two.

Cyber Client Strategist
I believe in transparency and collaboration to achieve the best results. I aim to build lasting relationships to ensure that we can work together time and time again and share in each other’s success. I’m available around the clock to provide any assistance and want to get to know my clients so that I can provide them with the best service possible.
In my spare time, I love to go out and socialise with my friends and am always up for new experiences. I also enjoy both taking part in and watching a variety of different sports.

Originally from Sheffield, I’ve moved to Manchester to pursue my career in Recruitment and have loved working in this industry since day one! I’m extremely strong-willed and passionate about finding candidates their dream roles – I get a real buzz from it!
Outside of work I’m a very caring individual who loves going to the gym and socialising with friends.
