In this role you will be responsible for:
- Support the maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Create, update, and review key security documentation such as guidelines, processes, and work instructions.
- Manage and maintain ISMS-related registers (e.g. asset, risk, control measures, and training records).
- Assist with internal audits, management reviews, and certification processes such as ISO/IEC 27001.
- Track corrective actions, findings, and improvement opportunities while coordinating communication across teams and partners.
This role is hybrid in Lower Saxony, with 3 days on-site.
Essential:
- Relevant degree e.g. Computer Science, Cyber Security etc.
- Initial experience working with ISMS and Data Protection
- Knowledge of ISO 27001
- Strong communication skills
- C1Â German and fluent English
