The Role
- Plan and implement modern network technologies.
- Provide 2nd & 3rd level support, focusing on firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and improve service strategies.
- Document service architectures and maintain operational manuals.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in IT network support, especially firewalls.
- Certifications like Fortinet FCP/FCSS; experience with Fortinet, Forcepoint, Palo Alto, Sophos preferred.
- Knowledge of Meraki, HPE networks, proxies, WAF, IDS/IPS, firewall logs.
- Experience with Ansible, Python, network APIs, and monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, HP IMC, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITIL and ISO 20000.
