In this role you will be responsible for:
- Maintain, secure, and continuously improve OT infrastructures across biogas production facilities.
- Enhance OT cybersecurity strategies and implement effective technical protection measures.
- Support vulnerability management activities and risk assessments for OT systems and connected IT environments.
- Assist in designing and improving network segmentation, authentication, and secure access solutions within IT/OT architectures.
- Contribute to the deployment and optimization of remote access, backup, recovery, and emergency response solutions for OT operations.
- Collaborate closely with plant engineering teams, IT departments, external partners, and other internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation for security controls, technical systems, and operational procedures

Essential:
- Several years of professional experience in IT, OT, automation, or related technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control environments such as PLCs, SCADA platforms, or other process control systems, including their security requirements.
- Practical experience with segmentation strategies, secure remote connectivity, backup and restore procedures, and disaster recovery planning in OT settings.
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards, particularly IEC 62443; knowledge of ISO 27001 is considered a plus.
- Structured, dependable, and team-oriented working style with the ability to remain effective under pressure
- C1Â German and fluent English
