As a Project Manager/Customer Satisfaction Manager, you will deal with stakeholders, manage cyber security projects and play a crucial role in ensuring everything is progressing as planned!
Responsibilities:
- You are the POC for customers, escalation, (general & cyber security topics)
- You manage service contracts incl. attending meetings, report writing etc.
- You communicate with and manage stakeholders
- You take care of risk management (relating to project risks), compliance & documentation
- KPI monitoring
Required Skills:
- You have C1+ German or French language skills, in addition to English
- You have 3+ years of experience in project management
- You have 2+ years of customer satisfaction/success e.g. information delivery, order processing, collection of feedback
- You have experience managing service contracs
- You have broad knowledge of cyber security – e.g. information security, defensive security, network security etc.
