This is a very rare opportunity join a well-established and growing Cyber Security team. As a Security Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Security Engineers and work closely with all engineering and product teams to continuously improve the company's security initiatives as well as promoting and educating security to all stakeholders.
Skills required
Essential:
- Track record of managing high performance teams
- Strong communication skills – you can easily communicate technical content to nontechnical stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience scoping penetration tests
- Strong understanding of all aspects of Application, Product and Cloud security engineering
- Understanding of industry standards e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO27001
- Able to relocate to Berlin, Germany
Desirable:
- Industry certifications e.g. CISSP
- Hands on experience working with complex architecture e.g. microservice
