Due to this growth, they are looking for a talented Security Operations Manager to lead the Security Operation programme.
the role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading the company’s IT Security Operations
- Leading and managing the cyber threat intelligence programme
- Ensuring data security in accordance with industry standards
- Conducting threat hunting, vulnerability management and incident response
- Manging a team of Security Analysts
- Liaising closely with other Senior Managers and ensuring a solid security posture of the company.
Skills required
Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience working in security operations
- Experience with SIEM tools, incident handling, threat intelligence, threat hunting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO27001, BAIT, BaFIN, GDPR etc)
Desirable:
- Fluency in German Language
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA
