Responsibilities:
- You will aid a department that has built a Splunk service internally, in order to expand their offering through business analytics
- You will develop use cases, and improve processes
- You will optimise and manage data
- You will monitor performance of solutions built on Splunk, and continuously improve them
Required Skills:
- You have C1+ German and B1+ English language skills
- You have 2+ years of experience with Splunk/Grafana
- You have 1+ year of experience with Confluence & Jira
- You have understanding of ITSCM and ITIL
- You have an understanding of business processes/analytics
Desired Skills:
- You have a Splunk Admin/Architect certification
