Responsibilities:
- You will support pre-sales, presenting technical solutions to customers
- You will handle post-sales 2nd level support
- You will participate in migration/automation of IT infrastructures
- You will install and configurate products at retailers and their end customers
- You have STRONG C1+ German language skills
- You have relevant certifications (ideally Fortinet)
- You have 2+ years of experience in pre-sales/technical advisory roles, and experience delivering presentations to customers
- You have good knowledge of IT architecture e.g. LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers etc., virtualisation and cloud platforms
- You have an independent and proactive attitude to your work

- You have other relevant certifications
- You have knowledge of other European languages
