Responsibilities:
- You will deploy Windows client OS and MacOS
- You will install Windows servers and take care of related business applications
- You will resolve server hardware and OS issues with vendor support
- You will provide L2 support and handle ticketing tools
- You will participate in server maintenance (after hours) and upgrade server systems, as scheduled
- You will create and improve the relevant documentation
Required Skills:
- You MUST have an EU/UK passport
- You MUST speak perfect Italian and B1+ English
- You have 10+ years of experience in the IT sector, and 5+ years of experience in Windows system administration
- You have experience working on large infrastructures
- You have previously worked with various teams in an IT department, collaborating to solve problems together
- You have PowerShell automation experience
- You have a good understanding of MS Group Policy creation and management
Desired Skills:
- You have relevant IT certifications
- You have Security knowledge
- You have VMWare infrastructure knowledge
- You have Citrix Infrastructure knowledge
