Q1 2025 Zync Catch-up! New Offices, Big Career Moves and Massive Discounts.

Well… Q1 has been a busy one! So many exciting things to share, so let’s start with arguably the biggest news, Zync has officially landed in Germany! We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new branch in Düsseldorf. Having a base in this incredible city means we can meet more of our amazing clients and candidates in person. If you have any recommendations for must-visit spots in Düsseldorf, we’d love to hear them!

We’ll be heading over to our new space soon, so if you fancy catching up over a coffee (or a beer!), drop us a message, and we’ll get something in the diary.

Closer to home, we’ve also moved offices! We’ve swapped Stockport for a modern new space in the heart of Manchester and embraced a hybrid model. The balance of Manchester’s hustle and bustle with the flexibility of working from home is working brilliantly for our team, keeping things fresh and exciting.

Speaking of our team, big news here too! One of our longest-standing members, Charlie, has been promoted to Principal Talent Partner. Charlie Frost originally joined us as a Data Specialist, making sure our systems were in top shape, but he soon decided to try his hand at recruitment. And wow, was that a good move! He’s now an integral part of Zync, delivering top-tier service to both candidates and clients. On top of this he beat his own personal record... twice! If you’ve ever worked with Charlie, you already know how fantastic he is. If you haven’t, well… maybe it’s time you did. Oh, and he also won our Quarter League and March’s Player’s Player award - need we say more? Every team needs a Charlie, but you’ll have to find your own!

Our newest team members, Dhillon Singh and Mo Abdukadir , have also been making moves. Both have successfully graduated from Trainees to Executives, and we couldn’t be prouder. Their growth has been incredible, and we know they’re onto big things.

In other exciting news, we’re relaunching our Cyber Security Webinar & Interview Series! We’re on the lookout for industry experts to join us as guest speakers. With over 1,000+ registrants per webinar, this is a fantastic opportunity to establish yourself as a thought leader, grow your brand, and generate loads of rich content without lifting a finger (we take care of all the editing and promotion!).
