Christian has excellent interpersonal skills that he has developed over the years (via his pre-sales and consulting roles) and is widely regarded by the people he has managed as friendly, helpful, and fair. An example of his leadership and communication skills coming into fruition was when he trained three new employees; not only did he teach them the processes in place, but coached them on a personal level, increasing their overall confidence (one is now a manager themself!). 

 

Christian covers a broad range of topics. In his previous company, he has heavily contributed to defending against future attacks by managing Penetration Tests and ensuring they are carried out according to industry standards e.g. PCI DSS and NIST. 

 

On top of this. he has made sure to work hard to improve his collection of accolades and certifications over the years and is now CISSP, CISM and CISA certified. 

 

Christian is looking for a Cyber Security Management role in which he can exhibit his people skills. He is open to a role anywhere in Germany, with a salary of €70k+.
