Frank has been trusted to lead a large team of around 140 people. Within this team, he oversees a variety of different teams such as international teams, shift workers and hotlines. He has helped to train his team and provided them with the best resources and leadership to allow them to work to a high standard. This has saved the company a lot of time and it means that all work is done efficiently.


Frank established the ISMS within his company. This allowed the company to evolve and effectively respond to any threats that might occur within the company quickly and efficiently.

 

One of Frank’s biggest achievements is that he was able to design and implement cyber security rules and guidelines for OT and IT. This helped to make the company work efficiently and allowed them to move into a new unique digital department.
