In a previous role, Thomas was tasked with transferring all the processes from a mother company to one of its daughter companies. As there was no one else with the knowledge and skill set to do so, Thomas had to take the lead on this project. It took the original team to build the processes within the mother company 2 years to build but he was able to successfully transfer them over in the space of 6 months!

 

Thomas has been able to successfully make new regulatory requirements in his past companies. These requirements meant that the company could continue to grow and work more effectively than ever before. It allowed for any risks to be easily identified and dealt with accordingly to prevent any further incidents from occurring.

 

Tim also prides himself in his ability to be able to do compliance/ Regulatory Risk Management, information security Management, Project Management and Test, Release and Change Management.
