He inherently understands many aspects of Information Security, including different frameworks/guidelines such as ISO27001, BAIT, NIST, and MaRisk. David’s expertise lies in designing and realising the creation of extremely large data centres and company networks. 

 

Over the years, David has amassed quite an impressive library of certifications during his career, including ISO27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor, Information Security Manager, Data Privacy Solutions Engineer, and Risk Manager (in accordance with MaRisk), to name but a few.

 

David has taken on huge responsibilities of maintaining the majority of companies’ IT security infrastructure. In doing so, he has saved vast amounts of money by negating attacks. 

 

He has achieved a great reputation and a very high level of responsibility in his previous roles. This is due to him consistently building upon the knowledge gained in his early Engineering/Architect roles. He now has great managerial capabilities and uses his communication skills to lead projects/help mentors. 

Finally, he has made sure to retain his technical knowledge as he progressed in his career. He can easily cooperate with many different departments (e.g., compliance, audit) to ensure that guidelines are followed. 

 

David is open to relocating anywhere within Germany for his new role, with a salary expectation of €95k+. He will also travel as much as is necessary.
