Florian is a German native and fluent English, French and Italian-speaking IT/Information Security Manager. He has experience successfully transforming IT security and information security landscapes via designing, approving, implementing and revising technical procedures, frameworks and methods, alongside ensuring GDPR and GRC is taken care of, he is able to provide a lot of value to both established and growing companies.


Florian’s expertise lays within project management. He has extensive experience in managing high-profile projects, across industries such as Pharmaceutical, Aviation, Automotive, Insurance and Financial. 


On top of this, he has achieved a high level of responsibility which he is extremely comfortable with. He can effectively communicate with stakeholders and C-level staff in multiple languages and entirely reshape a company’s processes and procedures to improve productivity/performance.


He has managed several IT security competence centres and budgeted for/coordinated many projects involving auditing and compliance. His knowledge of IT/information security standards includes ISO27001/2/5, BSI IT-Grundschutz, COBIT, NIST and ITIL. 


Florian is looking for a new role anywhere in Germany starting at €80k+. He is completely happy to relocate and travel as required.
