• Documentation and compliance reviews (MaRisk, DORA, BAIT, ISO 27001) for audits

and best practices.

• Maintenance and updates of risk control matrices to meet regulatory requirements.

• External security officer: Conducting third-party audits (TISAX) and security KPI

assessments.

• Employee awareness programmes and ISO/IEC 27001 consulting, including

• documentation (TOMs, reports, reviews).

• Support in governance, compliance, and regulatory implementation (ISO 27001, BSIGrundschutz, VAIT/BAIT).

• Data protection impact assessments and development of business continuity (BCM)

emergency plans.
